  • Single Plot: 10,800 sq. ft.
  • Two Plots: 21,600 sq. ft.
  • Three Plots: 32,400sq. ft.
  • Four Plots: 43,200 sq. ft.
  • Four to Eight Plots: 1 acre to 2 acres.  
  • Ten or More Plots: 2.5 acres or more (10 sites or more). 

   Ans. The payment structure is as follows:  

  • At the time of booking: 10% of the total sales consideration  
  • At the time of allotment: 20% of the total sales consideration  
  • Within 30 days from the date of booking: 20% of the total sales consideration  
  • At the time of Offer of Possession: 50% of the total sales consideration  
Total sales consideration is the property’s total price, including the cost of the land, construction, and any other applicable charges.
